Terry L. Donat, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.I.C.S.Board Certified, Otolaryngology (ENT) As a member of our Otolaryngology Department, Dr. Donat specializes in caring for disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. Dr. Donat joined our clinic in August of 2000. Dr. Donat received his medical degree in 1991 from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He completed his Surgical Internship and Otolaryngology Residency at Wayne State University in Detroit in 1996. He completed a Fellowship in Otolaryngology at Wayne State University and the University of Michigan in 1997. Dr. Donat completed an advanced Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Minnesota in 1998. Dr. Donat is affiliated with Central DuPage and Edward Hospitals. He volunteers at the DuPage Community Clinic and for the Face to Face Program, a national domestic violence project. Dr. Donat is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and an American College of Surgeons' Associate Fellow. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Society and DuPage County Medical Society.
